🚚 How is my order sent?

We offer Royal Mail 48hr and 24hr Tracked delivery.
Our “Rush Me” option means your order will be prioritised for our next posting day and sent via 24hr tracked post.

💥 Order Issues or Damages

If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know within 7 days of delivery (for damage or errors)

Please email us at info@prettyperfectgifts.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the damage 

We’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible — refunds are not offered on personalised items, its replacements only.  Please keep any damaged items and packaging, as we may need them returned for inspection.

Please note: any items with issues after 2 weeks will be classed as wear and tear. 

✏️ Errors on Personalised Orders

If there’s a spelling or personalisation issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Keep the incorrect item and packaging until we’ve confirmed next steps — we may send a return label so the item can be exchanged for the correct version.

💔 Can I return or exchange my item?

As all our items are personalised and made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or there’s been an error on our part.

If something isn’t quite right, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we’ll sort it as quickly as possible.

🛍️ Cancellations or Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes — including address changes.
Please double-check your details carefully before completing checkout.

💸 Refunds & Returns

Personalised Items

As all personalised gifts are made just for you (including any items with names, dates, colour choices or custom text), we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a fault or error on our part.

If your personalised order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you can choose to:

Re-pay for postage so we can resend it, or

Ask us to safely dispose of the item.
Please note that no refunds can be given in these cases.

Non-Personalised Items

If your item is not personalised, you can return it for a credit voucher within 14 days of delivery.
You’ll need to:

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your item

Return it within 14 days of letting us know

Credit notes are processed within 14 days of your return being received.

🚫 Collections

We’re not currently able to offer local collection. All orders are sent via your chosen postal option.

📦 Dispatch Times

All items (unless stated otherwise) are made to order.
Please see our home page for current dispatch times — usually 1–5 working days.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

🎁 Can I personalise my order?

Absolutely! Every Pretty Perfect gift is made to order, so you can add your own text, name, or message where shown on each product page.

If you’d like something slightly different to what’s listed, please send us a message — we’ll always do our best to make it happen.

🕒 Postage Delays

If your parcel is delayed in the post, please allow 10 working days from the expected delivery date before contacting us.
After that time, we can send a replacement, but refunds are not available for postal delays.

💰 Discount Codes

Discount codes must be added at checkout — we’re unable to apply them after your order has been placed.  We also reserve the right to cancel any incorrectly applied discount code orders. Please note: sale or last-chance items & Oopsy are excluded from all discounts.

All sale and last-chance items are non-returnable and not eligible for exchange or refund.

🍿 Enamel Bowls

Our enamel bowls are individually crafted, which means small bumps or divots may naturally occur during production. These are not considered faults — they’re part of the bowl’s unique charm!

🐾 Do you make everything yourself?

Yes! Each product is designed, printed, and carefully packaged by me (Emily) in my small UK studio, with help from my dog, Alfie. Every order is made with care, so no two gifts are ever quite the same.
