Returns
We are unable to expect returns for refunds on the below
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Personlised goods
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items, wax melts or candles.
Non Personalised Returns - If your items arrives and you change your mind or you need a different size. You will be able to return your non-personalised item for a credit voucher. You have 14 days to let us know of your return, from delivery date. We will also need the goods back within 14 days after this notification.
credit notes will be processed within 14 days.
Please note: We do not cover the return postage and we advise that you send these back signed for and keep proof of postage. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it & undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging.
Personalised gifts are any items you have selected a name or date or any information.
If your personalised order is returned to us you have the choice of re paying for postage or we can destroy the item for you. No refunds will be issued.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without making contact & us agree this.
Refund may not be given or my only be some of the total amount if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are approved, then your credit note will be sent to you within 14 days..
Late or missing credit note (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a credit note yet, first check your account again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All returns sent back to us should be sent using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
