All our items are lovingly made to order in our UK studio, so your gifts are created just for you!

📦 Dispatch Times

Unless stated otherwise, all orders are made and dispatched within 1–5 working days.
During busy periods (like Christmas, Father’s Day or sale events), dispatch may take a little longer — but we always do our best to post as quickly as possible.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do everything we can to help.

✉️ Delivery Options

We currently offer the following Royal Mail services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2–3 working days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1–2 working days)

  • Rush Me Option – your order will be prioritised for our next posting day and sent via Tracked 24

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 International Delivery

At this time, we only ship within the UK.
If this changes in future, we’ll update this page — so check back soon!

💌 Delivery Issues or Delays

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Please allow 10 working days after the expected delivery date before contacting us.

  • After this time, we can arrange a replacement (refunds are not available for postal delays).

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can put things right quickly.
