FAQ'S

Cancellations or Changes to orders.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders or make any changes to orders once they have been placed. This includes change of address.

Refunds.

We are unable to expect returns for refunds on personalised gifts.

Non Personalised Returns -  If your items arrives and you change your mind or you need a different size.  You will be able to return your non-personalised item for a credit voucher. You have 14 days to let us know of your return, from delivery date. We will also need the goods back within 14 days after this notification.  

credit notes will be processed within 14 days.

Please note: We do not cover the return postage and we advise that you send these back signed for and keep proof of postage. 

Personalised gifts are any items you have selected a name or date or text colour or any information.

If your personalised order is returned to us you have the choice of re paying for postage or we can destroy the item for you. No refunds will be issued.

Exchanges

Please note you must left us know within 14 days of delivery if you wish to exchange non personalised items. 

We are only able to exchange non personalised items. 

These will need to be sent back to use at your cost. The return postage is not covered. We do recommended using a signed for or tracked service & keeping proof of postage. 

Once the exchange has been excepted we will need the goods back within 14 days. These will be checked they are in the same condition as leaving us.  Then the new item requested will be sent out. 

Can I Collect My Order 

Currently we are unable to offer collection.  All orders will be posted in your selected service.  

How long will it take to post?

All Items (unless stated otherwise) are made to order. 

Please check the our home page for our current dispatch times. We always try and get all ordered dispatched within 1-5 working days. At busy times this may change.

If you require your items sooner then this, then please do contact us before ordering. 

What Postage Options Do You Have?

We offer 48 or 24 hours tracked postage options. Rush me is are postage option where you are able to jump the que to our next posting day and 24hrs tracked. 

I Have An Issue With My Order

If you have any issues with your order we must notify us within 7 days of delivery. This can be any errors, change of mind or damaged items. 

Please note: any items with issues after 2 weeks will be classed as wear and tear. 

Can I Add Or Make Changes To My Order 

Unfortunately we are unable to add or change any orders once they have been placed. 

Damages 

Any Damages must be notified to us with 5 days of delivery. 

We will then get a replacement out to you. We are not able to refund these orders. Replacements will be sent. Please keep any damaged items & packaging as we may need to send a return labels to have the goods back for your exchange to be processed.  

Errors 

Any errors must be notified to us with 5 days of delivery. 

Please keep any miss spelt or incorrect items as we may need to send a return labels to have the goods back for your exchange to be processed. 

You will need to return these items in original condition for the correct items to be sent.  

All returns must be back with us within 14 days from notification. 

Discount Codes

All discount codes must be added at checkout, we are unable to make refunds or cancel any orders if a code has been missed. We also reserve the right to cancel any sale orders used with a discount code incorrectly. Sale items are not available with any discount code. 

Delays with postage orders arriving

If an order is delayed via post, we have to wait 10 working days from the day the item was due to be delivered. After this time we will be able to send replacements. Please note we are not able to offer refunds only a replacements.

Sale Items

All sale items are non returnable, these are also not available for exchange.

Enamel Bowls

Are enamel bowls can have bumps in them, How they are made they are not always flat. These are not damages.
